Description of idea
Describe your idea and concept of your work in relation to the
festival outlines:
Love: the oldest subject in the world. and one of the oldest traps. especially spam uses the trojan horse of love as often as possible.
Conflict: is it possible to get something for free? one does not think so, but we still hope that it is going to happen. this is how spam works, solving this inner conflict, by overcoming cautiousness. hope becomes another trap. but 'SPAM the musical (the lonely girls)' goes further. the 'deleted scene' shows not only the conflict between the two genders, but the conflict between imagination and reality. putting two extremes together without explanation. this is radical communication that opens up new ways of relating to reality.
What kind of communication approach do you use?
putting two extremes together, like a warm and a cold shower. the warm shower is necessary to make it viral, it is like a trojan horse. the cold shower is important to communicate reality. to go beyond entertainment.
What are in your opinion concrete benefits to the society because of
your communication?
new ways to relate to hope, promises, klischees.
What did you personally learn from creating your submitted
work?
that entertainment can be a trojan horse too
Why is your work, GOOD communication
WORK?
because it works. 35 festivals worldwide wanted to show it so far.
Where and how do you intent do implement your
work?
the work can be shown on a screen, or via a projection (PAL 4:3 or Bluray 16:9)
Did your intervention had an effect on other Media. If yes, describe
the effect? (Has other media reported on it- how? Were you able to change
other media with your work-
how?)
