Description of idea
Describe your idea and concept of your work in relation to the
festival outlines:
‘Set Me Free’s theme is to break free from ‘slavery’ and I believe that debt is a modern form of slavery. Desolately, enormous amounts of people are suffering from this form of slavery, whether it depends on the need for a university degree or a requirement for financial resources.
What kind of communication approach do you use?
Photographic Approach.
What are in your opinion concrete benefits to the society because of
your communication?
The society might be able to apprehend the consequences of debt in a better way after understanding the critical message of 'Set Me Free'.
What did you personally learn from creating your submitted
work?
Thralling is the act of being held in bondage. This act of slavery needs to stop before the entire world drowns in debt and before it affects the generation to come. This is my understanding of the acronym of these words. This is my apprehension of a worldwide problem caused by its people itself: Debt.
Why is your work, GOOD communication
WORK?
A pair of barbaric hands trying to break the chains (representing debt) integrated with text which seems to be written in blood evoke the condemned nature of debt and it consequences on its sufferers.
Where and how do you intent do implement your
work?
I would like to display my poster specifically all over developing countries as I believe that those places are the most affected by debt.
Did your intervention had an effect on other Media. If yes, describe
the effect? (Has other media reported on it- how? Were you able to change
